Do you work with international clients?
Yes — we currently serve clients across the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, Canada, Oman and Pakistan, with a US-registered LLC for USD invoicing and contracts.
Can you take over an existing website or store?
Yes. We regularly take over maintenance, hosting migrations and SEO for sites we didn't originally build, including WordPress, Shopify and custom-coded platforms.

How does payment work?
Projects begin only via Escrow.com or a 100% upfront payment for smaller jobs. For larger builds we typically split payment into milestones tied to project stages — this is agreed before work starts, never after.
What's your refund policy?
No refunds once work has started, since development time is committed immediately. Full details are on our Refund Policy page — read it before paying a deposit.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger web app and e-commerce builds, yes — we structure payment around delivery milestones. Ask us during your quote and we'll lay out a schedule that matches the project timeline.
Which currencies and methods do you accept?
USD via our US LLC for international clients, and PKR bank transfer for Pakistan-based clients. Escrow.com is available for either.

After Launch
Do you host the sites you build?
Yes — hosting is one of our four core pillars, with 99%+ uptime and around-the-clock monitoring. You can bring your own host if you prefer, but most clients choose to keep development, hosting and support under one team.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Sites we host are monitored continuously, and maintenance clients get priority response on fixes. If you're on a one-off build without a maintenance plan, reach out and we'll quote the fix directly.
Can I make small edits myself after launch?
Most sites we build include an admin panel or CMS for day-to-day content edits. We'll walk you through it at handover, and we're always available for anything beyond that.
What's included in ongoing SEO reporting?
Monthly keyword position tracking, traffic score analysis, and a categorized report showing movement across difficulty tiers — so you can see exactly what's improving and why.
