The Tetra Technology LLC is registered in Colorado, USA — so international clients get a US entity for contracts, invoicing in USD, and a legal point of contact under US jurisdiction. The actual engineering, hosting, marketing and store-operations work happens with our delivery team in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Pakistan.

That split isn't an accident — it's the same model used by a large share of the software industry, and it exists because it genuinely produces a better outcome for the client, not just a cheaper one for us.
