These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thetetratechnology.com and any services or products purchased from The Tetra Technology LLC ("Tetra", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Tetra provides web and app development, hosting, SEO and digital marketing, e-commerce store management, and related add-on products. The specific scope, timeline and cost of any engagement will be set out in a proposal, quote, or invoice agreed with you before work begins.
Fees for services and products are as quoted at the time of purchase. Recurring services (such as hosting, SEO retainers, or licensed product subscriptions) are billed on the agreed cycle and may be suspended if payment is not received.
Upon full payment, you own the custom code, designs and content created specifically for your project, excluding any third-party licenses, plugins, stock assets, or products (such as our Shopify/WooCommerce add-ons) which remain governed by their own license terms.
Certain products listed on our Products page are licensed software developed by third parties and made available through Tetra with installation, configuration and support included. Your use of these products is also subject to the original developer's license terms where applicable.
Tetra will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as search rankings, sales volume, or uptime beyond what is contractually committed). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice as specified in the relevant proposal or contract. Fees for work completed or services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Tetra Technology LLC's jurisdiction of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
